Corrections Policy

How we correct mistakes.

We would rather be corrected than be right by accident. When we get something wrong — a claim, a certification, a recommendation — we fix it in the article, note the change, and update the date.

What triggers a correction

  • A factual error surfaced by a reader, brand, researcher, or new evidence.
  • A product reformulation, ownership change, or certification lapse that affects a recommendation.
  • New independent testing that changes our view of a category.
  • A regulatory change that supersedes prior guidance.

How we handle it

Small factual fixes (dates, spellings, minor clarifications) are made in-place and the updated date is refreshed. Substantive corrections — anything that changes the reader's takeaway — are noted at the top of the article, and the updated date is refreshed.

If a product recommendation is removed or downgraded, the directory entry is updated and any linking guides are re-checked in the same pass.

Reporting an error

Email hello@modernholisticliving.com with the article URL, the claim you believe is inaccurate, and — if you have it — a source. We reply to every report, and we act on every substantive one.
